I've had a few different engine combo's from various people. And by far I am most happy with darrens work. He uses the right components, know how to assemble, and has the advantage of knowing exactly what to do to the head to get it to breath. No matter what you want Darren will be able to provide i...

Got the bastards apart! Funnily I tried every way suggested with no luck! Screw driver didn't budge it. disk supported on blocks didn't work. i ended up holding it vertically and smacking the 45/ edge of the back of the hub and just worked my way around like 150/ at a time. Came off nice :) Thanks f...

theres a thread about this somewhere else. i was looking at doing it ages ago. You can't use photo paper because the lights behind it won't light up the instruments at night. You could get it etched onto a plastic. i've seen places that have a dual or triple layer plastic that the top layer is clear...

Yeah i've got all the bolts undone, I just can't seperate the disk from the hub. I was wondering if I need to take of the rear seal, because I can't get that offf either. I've got a spare one that the replacement stud is coming out of so I might be a bit more spirited with that one and se how we go....
